- one of the most viable industries has all but left elkhart. manufactured housing has lost so many great manufactures, and dealers. the financing just dried up, not available, banks won't even talk to people about financing manufactured housing.

- In addition to RV's the Manufactured Home business has left a big gap in Elkhart industry, and unemployment. Financing for manufactured housing is extinct throughout the U.S.. What is being done to correct this? Repossessions are still coming in and more Dealers are going broke.
